Interlibrary Loan

Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is a resource-sharing service that allows Tennessee State University students, faculty, and staff to borrow materials from other libraries. If you need something we do not already own, you can request it through ILL, and we will try to borrow it from another library.

You can request the folowing:

  • Print books
  • Book chapters
  • Journal articles
  • Dissertations

Before submitting a request, please verify that we do not already have the item in our collections by using the search box under “Start your Discovery” on the Library’s Homepage or within the "Find Resources" menu at the top of this page. You can also use the Publication Finder to search via journal, magazine, or newspaper.
