I have been working for the Brown-Daniel Library since 1999. I am currently an associate professor and the Head of the Technology, Assessment, and Systems, where I lead the unit of the library staff assigned to maintaining library technologies. My responsibilities include supervising the implementation, operation, integration, enhancement, and customization/configuration of the library systems and the library applications. I manage and provide technical support for the electronic resources, such as databases, eBooks, ejournals, sound recordings, streaming videoes, etc., as well as coordinate the assessment and statistical reporting on library services. I am also the administrator for the digital institutional repository. I serve as the subject liaison librarian for the College of Life and Physical Sciences, which includes the Biological Sciences, Chemistry, and Mathematical Sciences Department. I received my Master’s Degree in Information Sciences from the University of Tennessee.
