TSU Libraries Support Remote Teaching, Learning and Research

 

The Libraries Require:

No eating is allowed in the Libraries. Please put food away before entering.

Bottled water or drinks with lids are allowed.

 

  • Our Library Faculty are available to answer reference questions, assist with research projects, and provide virtual information literacy sessions. Please contact us by clicking on the ASK-A-LIBRARIAN link on our website. 
  • Overdue books can be returned to the Book Drop in front of the Main Campus Library and in front of the  Avon Williams Campus BuildingHolds Procedure: After the fine is paid, a receipt will be issued that should be emailed to the library(referencedesk@tnstate.edu) with a request to have the hold cleared.


Please remember: Off-campus access to the libraries' resources will require your TSU login and password. Please select the first option on the OpenAthens screen that offers access to TSU Faculty Staff and Students.

INSTRUCTION SUPPORT

If you need an instruction session for your class, please contact your subject librarian (profiles with contact information located on respective subject guides) and add them to your eLearn course.

NOTE TO INSTRUCTORS: New guides can be developed for specific assignments or courses. Please contact your department's library liaison for assistance.

E-Book Purchase Request

If you need to purchase multiple copies of ebooks for use in your online classes, the library will prioritize their acquisition. Submit requests to Glenda Alvin.
