Digital National Security Archives
This is a non-governmental resource which consists of expertly curated, and meticulously indexed, declassified government documents covering U.S. policy toward critical world events – including their military, intelligence, diplomatic and human rights dimensions – from 1945 to the present. Each collection is assembled by foreign policy experts and features chronologies, glossaries, bibliographies, and scholarly overviews to provide unparalleled access to the defining international issues of our time.

FindLaw U.S. Supreme Court Center
Features an easy-to-read guide that leads visitors through historical documents, biographies, and Supreme Court decisions. Users can browse through the Federalist Papers, read the Constitution, or research the lives of the Founding Fathers or past and present Supreme Court Justices.

The HeinOnline Academic package contains more than 20 databases. These databases contain over 100 million pages of content and cover more than 100 subject areas. Some of the stand out content includes: 2600+title journal database, U.S. Federal & State Case Law, and comprehensive government documents. HeinOnline's collection of government documents includes complete collections of the U.S. Federal Register, Code of Federal Regulations, congressional Record, U.S. Congressional Serial Set, U.S. Code, U.S. Statutes at Large, U.S. Treaties & Agreements, and legislative Histories of more than 2400 of the most important pieces of legislation in U.S. History.
Proquest Politics Collection
Provides access to renowned databases such as PAIS and World Political Science Abstracts, covering the international literature in political science and public administration/policy, along with related fields. Covers environmental policy, public policy, comparative government, political economy and political behavior.
Tennessee Records
In partnership with Ancestry.com, the Tennessee State Library and Archives is providing access to several important collections of Tennessee records. The collection Death Certificates 1908-1958 is now available, as well as statewide Birth Records 1908-1912. Early birth and death records from three metropolitan cities of Tennessee -- Nashville, Knoxville and Chattanooga -- are also available. Includes delayed birth records and enumeration of male vote counts.
Tennessee Virtual Archive(TeVA)
A program of the State Library and Archives to create a digital repository of Tennessee history and culture. Our mission is to bring electronic versions of the state’s rich collections to a wider audience. TeVA provides a searchable array of historical records, photographs, documents, maps, postcards, film, audio and other original materials of enduring value.

Items within TeVA are digitized items from manuscript and photograph collections at the Tennessee State Library and Archives. Please note that only a small subset of the Library & Archives' collections have been digitized.

Statistical Abstract of the United States

Statistical Abstract Series
Published since 1878, the Statistical Abstract was the authoritative and comprehensive summary of statistics on the social, political, and economic organization of the United States. Sources of data include the Census Bureau, Bureau of Labor Statistics, Bureau of Economic Analysis, and many other Federal agencies and private organizations.

The U.S. Census Bureau terminated the collection of data for the Statistical Compendia program effective October 1, 2011. However, Statistical Abstract data present on the website ranges from the most recent edition to the historical abstracts compiled throughout the decades. Some of the data were scanned as an effort to make historical abstract information available to the public. The display of data will continue as historical records become available. For access to volumes not available through this project, please contact your local Federal Depository Library.
