EndNote 21 is the latest version of EndNote and is supported by the TSU library. Our site license allows all current TSU faculty, staff and students to download and use EndNote 21.

Please contact Xuemei (Sherry) Ge (615-963-5237, xge@tnstate.edu), the Head of Technology, Assessment and Systems, if you have any questions about EndNote 21.  

1. Download En21Inst.zip (Please login with your TSU network username and password when prompted) 
2. Find the downloaded file En21Inst.zip in your Downloads folder or the folder you downloaded it in. 
3. Right-Click on En21Inst.zip and select "Extract All" 
4. The new folder with the name En21Inst is created, which should contain two files: En20Inst.msi and License.dat
5. Double-click En21Inst.msi to run the installation and follow the prompts. 

1. Download FindNote21SiteInstaller.zip (Please login with your TSU network username and password when prompted) 
2. Find the downloaded file EndNote21SiteInstaller.zip in your Downloads folder or the folder you downloaded it in. 
3. Right-click on EndNote21SiteInstaller.zip and select "Extract All" 
4. There should be one file, EndNote21SiteInstaller.dmg.
5. Double-click EndNote21SiteInstaller.dmg to launch the EndNote 21 installer and follow the prompts.
