Meet the Reference Librarians and Support Staff of the Main University Library

Embedded Writing Tutors

University Libraries and the Campus Writing Center collaborate to assist students and faculty through embedded writing tutors. This allows the Embedded Librarian to focus on information literacy, information retrieval, and research of the students in addition to the writing center providing in-classroom support. Through this collaboration, the student develops critical literacy skills that will support retention and success within the classroom. Please note that Embedded Writing Tutors can only be requested via the Embedded Librarian Program as an additional support system; if you would like a Writing Tutor to embed in your course, please visit The Writing Center.
