History

The libraries at TSU decided to start a book club for students during the spring semester of 2023. We wanted our students to have a safe space where they could pursue their passion for reading and find others who also love books to create friendships and build community. The first meeting took place on March 31st, 2023.

We meet at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters to plan the monthly meetings and choose books for the semester. NEXTCHAPTER... is open to all students at TSU. We cover a variety of genres and you can join us as often as you like.

Our Discord server is always open to help members connect and chat outside of meetings.

How Do I Join?

ASK YOURSELF:

  1. Do you love to read?
  2. Do you love to talk about books with other bibliophiles?

FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

  1. Scan the QR Code for the Discord Discussion Server.
  2. Join the chat!
  3. Look at our semester schedule and information tabs above.
  4. Come to the next meeting. We would love for you to join us!
