Students who have their own equipment are encouraged to use instead of the Office of Disability's equipment, but for those without such necessary aids, they are welcomed to check out items from DS on an as-available basis.

Books in Alternative Formats: Textbooks are available from Access Text (formerly Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic). If books in alternative format are anticipated it is important to register with Access Text as soon as possible. Receipt of books takes 7-10 days when ordering from outside sources.

The Office of Disability Services can also be contacted for information and assistance with devices that will help with library use.
